Comfy, accessible, and fun therapeutic conversations - just really good talks.

Getting mental health support can feel as relaxed & fluid as a coffee date with a dear friend.

This space is ready for you to process, reflect, and be celebrated through whatever life is currently offering you.

Your new dear friend, Lindsey

I’m a Play Therapist bringing compassion and joy to all ages of mental health, and a gal who’s passionate about supporting women and femmes through the highs, lows, (and very much middles) of parenthood, teacherhood, personhood, and beyond.

One of my favorite parts of the process with clients is discovering a shared language to work with – if you resonate with astrology, tarot, yoga, enneagram, etc, we will use them!

Infusing formal therapeutic approaches with fun eclectic elements, all the many parts of yourself are welcome and wanted here.

A safe & comfy place to process & reflect

My expertise is focused in 3 offerings. If none of these fit your needs, email me! We’ll work together to figure out a spot for you, whether with me or with someone else.

“Lindsey provided not only invaluable insight into the individual needs of children, but also modeled various methods of supporting them through diverse and unpredictable experiences. Lindsey’s strong intuitive sense and continual reflection is driven by her deep passion for people.”

“I’ve been worried about being mom to a teenage for 12 years. It all started out well, and then took a sudden turn for the worst. I knew my reactions to our arguments were making things worse but kept getting triggered. Lindsey worked with me and my daughter to help rebuild trust and my daughter later opened up to me about some major social problems deeply affecting her. I am so grateful Lindsey helped strengthen our relationship and move me through the speed bumps of parenting. It’s so much easier being a mom with Lindsey along for the ride!”

“Lindsey wholeheartedly puts the needs of her clients, co-workers and community at the forefront of everything she does. She is incredibly insightful, committed to equitable and inclusive practices and beliefs, and develops meaningful and trustworthy relationships with every human she encounters. My children were incredibly lucky to have her guidance and social-emotional support as students at the preschool where she previously worked - as a parent, I felt safe and confident that Lindsey would take any of our family's concerns seriously and with great care.”

  • Kind words & reflections

“Lindsey is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I can't stress this enough - she was such an advocate for my child, and for me as a mother, when my child was having social and emotional difficulties in preschool. Instead of trying to make my child fit into the classroom environment, she worked with my child to provide a safe outlet and space for them to go when they weren't able to regulate themselves. Every morning, she would meet me and my child at the entrance of the school to make sure their transition into the classroom went smoothly and they felt at ease. She would sit with him during circle time in the classroom and she even made time to bring him to a calm space if they were having a hard time during the course of the day. I didn't ask her to do this -- that's just how thoughtful she is. On top of everything else she had to do, and every other child she needed to help, she made time for my kid when they (and I) needed it the most. I will never forget this as it made such a difference in our lives.”

  • Kind words & reflections

“Lindsey approaches challenging and sensitive situations with a rare gentleness, always leading with listening before making any assumptions. She meets children where they are from a position of informed curiosity, creating space for them, their teachers, and parents alike to feel safe and seen. Working through a challenge with Lindsey always introduced a sense of hope and direction, even when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. What Lindsey taught me about risk tolerance, sensory experience, and self-compassion not only changed the way I taught, but will change the way I interact with children and empathize with parents forever. “

  • Kind words & reflections

“Lindsey's calm, rational approach helped guide me through some issues with my child. She has the unique gift of knowing how to help both parent and child through things. The better equipped I am to handle various challenges, the better my child just naturally fares. That sounds obvious, but it isn't always. Lindsey has a lightness and a sense of humor that makes this all seem very organic, relaxing and not clinical at all. ”
